TechFit uses the AeroAdmin application to support small business computers remotely. AeroAdmin allows us to see your desktop and access your Windows settings to perform routine maintenance and solve problems. Here are the steps to follow for remote support.
- Close all open documents and programs. If you need assistance with e-mail, leave your e-mail application (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) open.
- Click on the button above to download the AeroAdmin application for your computer. If asked to Run the application, select Yes.
- When asked by the TechFit technician, provide the Your ID number that appears in the Allow Remote Control window.
- When the TechFit technician has completed his task, close the AeroAdmin window by clicking on the X in the upper right corner.
